My passion for skincare stems from dealing with skin issues that caused insecurities during my teenage/young adult years. Hiding from my acne by wearing layers of makeup only to make it worse, I was stressed and hopeless. Until I found out about esthetics and the power of consistency & a great skincare system! Now my passion is to inspire others skincare journeys by listening, empathizing, healing & nurturing their skin.

I wanted to change lives, the same way she changed mine. 

I had no clue that we even existed. LOL. I always thought if you had a skin concern, you go to a dermatologist, get on antibiotics and boom, problem solved. 

WRONG. Couldn’t have been farther from the truth. It wasn’t until I met an esthetician, went to see her for my first facial EVER in 2018, started to see real, life changing results in my acne journey, and started obsessing over how my confidence skyrocketed & how much of an impact she made on my life that it made me want to do the same for others. Others who were struggling with mentally debilitating acne / rosacea. Others who thought that there were only dermatologists and antibiotics that could clear their skin.

Before I Became An Esthetician...

Healing skin starts from within. I like to remind my clients that mindset truly is EVERYTHING. We cannot hate our skin into healing, so I don’t allow negative self talk in the treatment room. It is my sole purpose to make you love your skin just a little bit more than when you first walked in. Because as it turns out, you CAN have it all. Clear, healthy, radiant skin. All without the use of antibiotics or prescriptives.

In 2018

I enrolled into the paramedical skincare program at cortiva institute, and it changed my life. While I consider myself multifaceted, treating acne is the most rewarding for me because it hits home. The more severe the acne, the more excited I am to clear it! 

I pride myself on prioritizing home care first, monthly treatments second. While both are super important, I prioritize homecare first because it’s where 80% of their results will come from, so it’s important to me to be as transparent about that as possible.

MY IDEAL DAY sounds like...

I love treating all skin conditions but if I had to choose, I think treating acne & rosacea are my favorite. It hits home for me since I struggled with both in my younger years!

Despite what you see on social media, I am an anxiety ridden introvert. My perfect Friday night looks like a movie and pizza with my husband and cats!
